SPEAR
In Autumn 2025 we are launching the Spear Programme to support 16-24 year olds into employment in partnership with Resurgo. ​
On the Spear Programme, trainees are coached and helped with both mindset and the skills that they need to both get into work, and thrive once they’re there. This also includes offering practical training such as writing a good CV and mock interview practice. Each trainee then receives 6 months of follow-on support.

As part of launching Spear we are recruiting a Centre Manager and a Coach.
